Orders

After you place your order, we will send you photos of the skins we are sending you (for orders >10). For orders of 10>, we will send you some photos of your skins (upon discretion) for verification. After your approval, we will send your package.

Since all skins are unique, you will not receive the exact same skin as the photos.

Return Policy

At Olta Azul, of Mersea Marine Consulting, we strive to provide you with high-quality products. If, however, you receive a defective item, we are here to help.

Defective Items

If you believe you’ve received a defective product, please follow these steps within 10 days of receiving your order:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at info@oltaazul.com to report the issue.
  2. Provide us with clear photos and a detailed description of the defect to help us assess the situation and to register it.
  3. Once your return request is approved, securely package the defective item along with all its accessories and original packaging.
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method to the address provided with your RA number.
  5. After we receive and inspect the item, we will either send you a replacement or issue a refund.

Non-Defective Items

Please note that we do not accept returns or provide refunds for non-defective items. We encourage you to review the product details and make an informed decision before making a purchase.

Conditions for Return

  • The item must be in its original condition with all accessories and packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving the product.
  • We reserve the right to deny a return if the item shows signs of misuse, damage, or tampering.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it is accepted.
